There is no return or exchange policy on goods sold for change of mind. If an item is believed to be faulty please contact us at email@example.com Pieces will be assessed on a case to case basis. If deemed to be faulty, after assessment by Nature of Gold’s in-house trade jeweller, a full exchange, repair or refund will be offered.
Repairs + Warranty
We accept repairs on our pieces. Nature of Gold will cover the cost of reasonable damage incurred in the first 6 months. This will be assessed by our in-house jeweller on a case to case basis. After 6 months repairs may or may not be charged according to the damage and how the damage was incurred. This will be decided by our in-house jeweller.
